Covid - 19 refund policy


These are unprecedented times. EBLL, nor anyone, could have expected that we would be in this situation, with the uncertainty of the baseball season. With that being said, we have fully prepared for our Spring Season, by purchasing all necessary equipment and uniforms. Field maintenance equipment and insurance were obtained. Registration processing fees were paid. We are ready for a season, whenever we get the go ahead. With that being said, some families may choose to decline to participate. We understand. We can offer a refund of your registration fee minus a processing fee. These fees have been calculated by our accountants in order to be sure we give you the maximum amount back while still protecting our league to insure future play. We are a non-profit organization. What comes in as registration fees, goes right back into the league. We are offering a refund of $70 to our tball and instructional players. We are offering a refund of $120 to our Majors/AA/AAA players, if requested. PLEASE remember, that we plan on resuming play this summer per Governor Bakers guidelines.
